Whenever you think that this city can really get to a gal, or that "Oh My Heavens, That person was SOOO mean to me!" Something happens in your day to remind you why we live here in this crazy place. This was the view I was looking at as Tim and I were eating our picnic dinner picked up from Fairway and eaten on the red hook pier. Sorry to get preachy, but Tim and I were both having an "off" day especially with the heat. As we held hands for prayer over our dinner, we both looked up and had the same thought, "God is good, all the time." How incredibly amazing is this view? It made my hummus wrap and strawberries and his lox sandwich pale in comparison.
